hey everyone im a hs senior and im going to run my first marathon next sunday 2/26 ive been running around 70 to 80 miles per week for the past 15 weeks since cross country ended. my longest run was a 24 miler and have been running 20-22 miles for my long runs for the last month or two. i was hoping some of you could help give me some pointers this last week before i run my marathon as in how to taper. how many miles should i run this week, when should my last workout be and things of that nature. im hoping to run any where from 3:15 to 3:20 hopefully closer to 3:15. my pr's include 40 min for the 10k and mid 18's for the 5k and my half marathon pr is 1:34 and some change. any advice you all could give me on running the marathon or tapering or any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated thanks everyone
