Seems like a trick question as the best scenario for the spectacle is him doing it in London. It’s also the most realistic in 2024, unless he saves it for Valencia post-Paris
I'd be way more curious to see him run Boston. There are a lot more questions there: How would he strategize the race? When would he make his charge? Would the hills bother him?
