started in 2021, didn’t stay consistent til summer 2022

mon- 9 easy.
Tues- 1 up, 6x0.62 mile @5:27 avg with 2 min jog/walk, 1 cooldown
wed-6 easy
thurs-6.3 easy
fri-3 easy
sat- race 5k, 7 mile total
sun- 12 mile long
total=50 miles (easy pace ranges from 7:00-8:00average)
Sep 25-oct 1
mon-1 mile warm up, 6.28 @6:03 avg (fartlek) 1 cool down
tue- 6 easy
wed- 4 easy
thur-4 easy
fri-3 easy
sat- race 5k, 5 mile total
sun-8 really easy
total= 40 ish
