So in general, it seems like LT pace is about 25 seconds/mile slower than 5k pace, or I've heard it described as what someone could run for an all out effort over 50-60 minutes. However, this seems too fast to me in my actual experience doing these workouts and always has. I seem to do better and get good results from running LT workouts about 5-10seconds/mile slower than this.
Anyone else experience this? Thoughts?
