In the 2Q plan with peak mileage of 55mpw, I noticed that the two Q days total 26-32 miles in any given week. In the "80% and 90% of peak" weeks, I would be running 44 and 49.5 mpw respectively, which leaves about 15-20 miles to run on the other five days. Even if I take one day completely off per week, I'd still only be running about 4 miles per day on the other four days.
Curious peoples' thoughts & experiences with this and/or adjustments people made vs. how it's laid out in the book. While I understand the Q workouts are tough in this plan, that seems like very low mileage on the other days.
