What about Nuguse and Cheptegei?
I would be surprised if OAC hasn't implemented it. Regardless, everyone on this list follows the most important fundamental of the double T program; tons of work at or below anaerobic threshold, and a focus on aerobic development even for the 1500. Bakken himself experimented with other forms of threshold running, and determined for himself that double T was the way to do it. That doesn't mean it's perfectly optimal for everyone (or that it makes a big difference to do double T as opposed to alternatives).

OAC has not implemented it. Most of them are on Strava.
