16 yr old female, been running 100+ miles per week for a little over a month now.
Started off at 30 miles which gave me a 5:30 time exactly, then over this last summer i've built up to 100 in less than 4 months.
based on paces and runs below what do you think i could run for the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, etc. in track.
Typical week of training:
M: 15 miles --> 2 * (2 mile warm up - 3+ mile threshold @ 6:35 pace - 2 mile cool down)
T: 10 mile easy run @ 8:30-7:50 pace in morning; 5 mile shakeout in evening
W: 2 *(8+ mile aerobic run @ 7:35 pace)
Th: 10 mile easy run @ 8:30-7:50 pace in morning; 5 mile shakeout in evening
F: 12 Aerobic run @ 8:10 pace in morning; 5 mile shakeout in evening;
Sat: 16 mile long run @ 7:35 pace; 7+ mile shakeout in evening;
Sun: 6 mile shakeout
My easy runs are at a 135 bpm heart rate
aerobic runs (including long run) is at 149 bpm
and thresholds are anywhere between 160-170 bpm
judging by the paces i'm running right now, I'm not expecting to run anything out of this world, but i was just wondering what i could run. I started running a little over a year ago, so i'm pretty new to the whole running community and i'm even not sure if this question is able to really be answered based on my base mileage, but i thought i'd still ask.
Also: if you have any advice that could improve my training/time for events would appreciate it
