Obviously there is no best, and you need to find what works best for you, but what system would your best recommend for hs running? Salazar/Vigil/Brosnan non-linear type, aerobic focused strides/milage/tempos with very linear training or more of a threshold focused (RPE) training, Bakken influenced but with singles (L, E, T, E, T, E, X). Talent will show itself as long as the coach has half a brain cell, but what about for athletes who are not as talented? How do you mold them?
