been running higher mileage (75-80) than i need to lately at much too slow pace (7:40-8:00) w mediocre workouts so looking to try something new and something holistic unlike my self coaching this xc season (coach is a baseball coach filling in)
i like the idea of running most runs at high end aerobic instead of plodding around and introducing some real pure speed work and reps (something i’ve never done really) i have pretty decent speed (around 25 low for 200) im a junior in high school
any experiences?
