im not so sure this even predicts sub 19, being gassed after 4 of them.
op, what have you done in the past? best predictor of future outcomes is past results.

These 800s aren't going to be a great predictor on 20mpw. I would try to build up your mileage & I would aim to get in at least 5k worth of volume in workouts like this. If that means slowing down then it means slowing down. 6-7 x 800 w./ 90s rest would be a better predictor. Usually it indicates something a few seconds/rep slower.
At best, this would be a 3200 predictor & you best 5k could be sub-18. I agree that sub-19 could be a challenge. If you're running XC then a 19:00 5k might be something more like 19:30-20:00 & going out at 19-flat pace could mean finishing over 20min.
