Those of you who have coaches, how large of a tip is it considered acceptable to give them?

I always assumed an extra month ‘bonus’ at Christmas was pretty standard. If you had an especially good race you might add a little extra that month, or if they went especially out of their way.
This is obviously assuming it’s a private coach you pay as a non-professional runner.
As a professional, most of that should be specified in a contract and I’m far too slow for that.
As a student on a team, school pays that. Maybe get a small gift if anything.
Forget the tip, I give my coaches the whoooole thing
I give my athletes many tips to help them. I’d say it’s worked so far
Up here, coaches give their athletes a significant tip, and all of them find it quite acceptable until they don't.
Is this really an expected thing?
I'm a hobby jogger working with a private coach for the first time this year so this is all new to me
He's gotten me as fit as I've ever been before and, inshallah, will PR in Berlin - would I owe him a PR bonus too?
I tip my coaches the standard of 25%.
So 25% of 0$ that I pay them is 0%.
Keeps them motivated.

I don’t think it would be ‘owed,’ but a little thank you gift or bonus probably would be appreciated.
