Apologies if this has been asked several hundred times before! I'm training for my second ever marathon (7 weeks into a 24 week plan) as a casual but regular runner and was wondering if peope had recommendations for something i could do that was a little more strength/core based without the leg impacts.
While I've had no leg issues so far and am fairly happy on the mix of slow long/shorter and fast, what would uou recommend (all suggestions gratefully received)!
