Anybody know what Niels Laros’ training is like? I’ve seen a little bit on Strava but would love to learn more.

He's part of Tomasz Lewandowski's group, isn't he? That's Marcin Lewandowski's brother and (former) coach.
Based on what I've heard, it's not exactly double threshold training, but almost the opposite. Hard days hard, lots of focus on form drills and such. All based on vague recollections, so take it with a grain of salt.

From his Strava it seems like his hard days are really not that hard at all. A lot of easy tempos, mostly broken-up. 40ish minutes worth. No double thresholds from what I can tell. Hills. Strides. The occasional “hard” workout but volume seems low for the workouts. I’ve only seen one really hard workout, a hills and track session from a few weeks ago, that was big volume and quite fast.
Bump
Yes, he seems to have the same focus on training at the correct intensity as the norwegians does. one of the norwegian podcasts mentioned how lewandowski would start screaming (loudly) as soon as some runner started running too fast.
Fun fact:
Who was the last person to beat Jakob at European Indoors?
Marcin Lewandowski

and more speed
Lewandovskis Training changed over the Years: He actually starter with Zone 2 training (70%) and only one to two easy Runs a week and some hard sessions (Information from a german podcast with Catherina Granz, who was trained by Lewandowski in 2021)
now i think it is More like norvegian training. Laros Trained a lot with Kevin kamenschak (Instagram) and he always trained Double threshold
Bump.
I’ve heard that is quite low mileage, around 100k per week but only runs six days and has a double threshold day in there.
