Today I did a long run of 9 miles. My weekly mileage is 38-40.
Usually I take long runs easy with my heart rate about 145-155. 153.75 bpm is 75% of my max heart rate (205).
Today I went my usual pace, but my heart rate average was 162. I felt fine but my heart rate was not really in easy zone (but also not in threshold zone). I was having trouble keeping it down for some reason, don’t know why.
I have a hard workout tomorrow. Is this a bad idea after a not that easy long run? I also have a workout on Thursday and a race on Saturday.

you should be fine, i have a similar hrm to you and hit that on my long runs and am usually fresh the next day in race season i have to cram days sometimes
make sure to stretch, roll out, drink tarte cherry juice (it works) and try to sleep 9 hours to give the best chances of a good workout and feeling fresh
but going 9 miles shouldn’t do much muscular damage and you should recover quickly, the raised heart rate is most likely due to the heat and humidity
back to back workouts can also be beneficial, daniels sometimes includes them to prepare you for running heats and then finals (probably won’t apply to you yet) don’t think it about it much, just make sure to take the day after tomorrow super easy to be safe
Run by effort. You said in your long run it felt like an easier effort even though your HR said otherwise. I personally don't pay attn to my HR. Also, it may be higher due to heat, sleep, allergies, proper fueling, etc. If you run by effort your body will pretty much tell you what it's ready to do. A workout after an easier effort long run is completely fine.
