How much slower is woodbridge than a track?

When it's short it can be even faster.

It’s not, it look at past results. Woodbridge record by l. young is 1338, that following year he ran 1343 5k

what a complete idiot, claiming something is short without any evidence. that course is measured so many time wheeled etc and its always been 3 miles

Is the wooden bridge covered? That would keep you shaded and maybe block some wind if it has low sidewalls.

It’s funny every year some coach from Illinois or New York or somewhere far away from this course wants to discredit the times and efforts that other teams run at Woodbridge. So they petition that the course is short and this happens every fricken year.

There is not a single course that has been measured over and over and over again more than Woodbridge has. And it has always been 3 miles every single time fricken time.

my favorite one was when nico young broke the 3 mile record on this course and the previous 3 mile record holder Craig Virgin demanded that course got measured again. It was measured and was 3 miles but me and many others lost all our respect for Craig virgin. it was pathetic that they had to go out of their way to remeasure the course again because Craig virgin didn’t want to lose his 3 mile high school record.

I wasn’t there, just read this on another thread:
Rich Prepcaltrack released that it was wheeled at 2.93. If that's the case then top times were 14:32 and 14:34. Course looks weird from the map though, not sure how it raced.

they were talking about the "great cow run" which was wheeled at 2.93. That is a different course then woodbridge. Got any other tricks up your sleeve to make it up more lies?

Can we not pretend I am the first person to ever question the length of a Woodbridge course. I it happens every year, I’m not there I don’t know.

There’s also people claiming that climate cool breeze is nearly 3.1 miles. Curious if anyone knows if this is true? Someone also said it was 2.95 but I think that’s doubtful
