i’m only about 5’9 -5’10 and have a cadence of 170 @5k race pace ~5:20/mile so i’m imagining i’m over striding a decent bit, easy runs i have a cadence of 165-170 weirdly enough
how do i fix this and how much faster would i be without overstriding/ heavy and low cadence
i also have very loud footsteps so i imagine that just compounds
