What type of times would a HS dude need to be hitting JR and SR year in order to get into Oregon, NAU, or Stanford? Assuming grades are pretty decent for them. Thanks in advance.

They're listed on their websites but I know a couple off the top of my head:
Oregon: 8:54 3200. No academics
Stanford: low 8:50s and excellent grades if non DEI, good grades if DEI
NAU: run fast enough in a desired event that Smith wants you.
Use the Runcruit tool online. Insert your PBs and current grade and it will give you a projected outcome should you contact a program. You can also see the average times that walked on/ got recruited to said program.
Runcruit is abysmal. I don't remember the school, but there was one where it stated the walk on time for the 3200 was around 2 seconds faster than recruit.
It also stated that the gap from "full" (or significant) to "walk on" for a few schools in the discus was only 2 feet.
Thank you for all of your responses so far! What do you guys think if the 3200 time is fast enough as well as strong XC times. But, the mile and 800m times don't meet the cut. Would there still be a chance?
