Really depends on how you felt in that workout OP. Not enough volume + too much rest to predict your 1500. My guess is that this would be closer to 800 than 1500 pace. Hard to say much more without knowing current mileage/PBs/other workouts. Maybe around 70/400m pace for 1500. If this workout felt easy/in control maybe it's not far off of current fitness. But I'd rather see 8-10 x 400 on 2:00 max & know that mileage/strength is decent enough.

Strength has never been a problem, I work my core regularly and ran a 2:08 800m, average mileage has been 25-30mpw, but I cross train martial arts 4h every week
