Mondo vs Warholm at 100m - Who you got? The two stars have basically agreed to race after we asked them about it

The ability to get out of the blocks is a certain difference-maker, as I see it. And you don't learn that over night.

That is a tough one to call. I think they will be very evenly matched. I will go with Mondo since his event requires more explosiveness while Warholm's event, while requiring good speed-reserve, is more of a prolonged lactic/stamina event (each of their events requires technique as well which for them won't factor into their 100m race.)

Mondo. That’s all he does is pure runway speed. 100 raw ability hands down.

Mondo has sprinting experience when younger. He should know how to start out of the blocks.

this one took some thought. it would be close for sure, but as another poster mentioned the ability to get out of blocks will really decide it in warholms favor.

warholm already had an edge in speed over mondo going back to the start of of both of their careers but in the time since karstens training has been more sprint focused than mondo.

just throwing out numbers but if they actually end up racing assuming good conditions mid 10.3 for warholm vs low 10.4 for mondo seems about right.

That one is representing Norway and the other Sweden should bring a lot of attention from those two nations which are traditional rivals.
