People say that's what she should do to avoid a tangle up, That's what she did last year, and little Keely just tucked into her slip stream and almost got her. I feel like something is bothering Mu and she's not in it mentally, that might show in the final. Keely is in better shape this year, and Mora also. If she wins it, I support her doing something else because at that point she has no competition.

Mu front running would avoid a tangle up. But she is going to have to push really hard the first 200 to get in front of every one else, because Moraa, Keely, and Nakaayi are going to run the first 200 pretty quickly as well.
Mu's other options are running on the outside like she did today, which means running extra distance. Or running a little slower the first 200 and getting boxed in against the rail. I don't think Mu likes either of those two options.
I think Mu will decide to run really fast the first 200 and grab the lead. But I'm not sure she is in good enough shape right now to lead the whole race without someone passing her in the last 100 meters.
