I got stress fractures back in 2021. I spent half of 2022 trying to get back but I couldn’t. I took a break until now. i found out about this runners that train only on 15 mpw and use elliptical a lot. I want to try this method and get back into running. I am a 800/1500 runner. My running career was short- 8 months. only ran 1 xc race in the middle. i’m hoping to get back in the peak shape that i had in about 6 months. I am really curious about the possible times i would have ran.( got injured one week before race)
