Does anyone else have to avoid flying because you have to urinate too often to feel confident?

Why do you have to urinate often in order to feel confident?
Pretend it's the start village/corral of a major 'thon and bring an empty gatorade bottle with you. Just close the door to your suite and no one will see you
Can’t you get an aisle seat? And wear an adult diaper just in case?
Not afraid to fly, but do try to avoid liquids ahead of a flight (especially coffee).
It “Depends” on what I’m wearing
They do put restrooms on airplanes.

Not always. Smaller aircraft don't have them. You could be having to hold it for a 45-minute flight.

I don't avoid flying as there are bathrooms on planes. On a 3 hour flight I'll pee right before boarding, twice during the flight, and once as soon as I deplane. I always try to get an aisle seat and stretch out and walk a lot on the plane anyway. If on the aisle,I don't mind getting up for someone and just hope that they feel the same.
Car rides on the other hand are tough for me.
I fly a lot. There's nothing worse than being on a plane, realizing you have to pee after one-too-many coffees (or beers) and right then you hit severe turbulence, the pilot puts on the seat belt sign and you're stuck holding it for what seems like forever.
Follow these steps:
1-No liquids, especially no caffeine or alcohol, within two hours of boarding (3 hours for some people). Only drink the minimum amount of liquids necessary while on the flight.
2-Pee one last time as they start boarding. If you're really having an issue, sometime you can pee in the airplane as boarding finishes up, before the plane starts to taxi.
3-During the flight, even if there's turbulence, the pilot usually will turn off the seat belt sign at least once, briefly, because they know someone's going to have to go.
4-If that fails, I've seen numerous people ignore the sign and get up to pee. The flight attendants usually will say, "You must sit down," but won't usually act on it if you keep going. Keep in mind, they don't want to smell your urine the whole flight anymore than you do. (Be aware a strict flight attendant could get strict with the rules and try to restrain you).
5-Beware of diuretic medications that will increase urination. Consider taking after the flight, instead of before.
6-If all else fails, wear an adult diaper as back up.
Pay extra to be sure you have an aisle seat. It's worth it.
I always assumed the plane was like the public pool. Like, just pee as freely as you like because there are enough people to kinda neutralize it or whatever.
Not too worried about it really. On long 8-14 hour flights you are going to have to get up to go at some point. Maybe even 2-3 times!
