How important will dragonfly XC spikes be at the HS level this year?

Dragonfly XC v regular XC spike?

Dragonfly XC v just using track dragonfly?

Dragonfly XC v Vaporfly on hard courses like Mt. Sac?

It’s hard to quantify time differences in XC for shoes, but what do you think? Does the kid you has the dragonfly XC spike have a clear advantage?

No clear advantage over the track spike. Just get fitter.

The best XC spike is the most comfortable and lightest. A clearance $50 spike can outperform a $200 spike unless the surface is rock hard.
