Running a marathon in about 10 weeks. Around what time should I aim for/ is reasonable?
Background: just started running more consistently again at the beginning of the year. Mileage has been between 25-50. Did a long run recently where I ran a 1:24 HM in it (not completely gassed) and have done a few 15-18 mile runs at 6:45-7:00 pace. Other than hard long runs, everything has been at an easy pace. Can generally run around 18min for 5K without much training.
I don't have any experience with the marathon so have no clue what to expect or what to base workout paces on (going to start actual workouts soon).
