Always seemed to peak for the championships and struggled on the DL circuit. Good to see AIU take some another doper
edit: of course he’s a Rosa athlete too. Classic.

his dual with Renaud in Rio was my favorite competition of all time! hopefully just a tainted supplement or something dumb, but yeah, lots of cheaters out there, even in the events I like the most :(

This is the substance that got CJ Ujah (able to prove supplement contamination I believe, but still cost GB a sprint medal) and Grace Nwokocha (cost Nigeria a sprint relay medal).
Would suspect he will try to prove that this was a contaminated supplement as well.
Good news for Nilsen, as it further bolsters his very strong chances for a medal.

I've lost track of how many athletes the Rosa agency had had banned in the last 3 years.
How is it some agents go 5-6 years without a ban while others can't go 5-6 months? Guess they're just suuuuuper unlucky.
I'm still pro fining agents with multiple offenders in a certain time frame.
oof. this hurts.
Fellow pole vaulter Sondre Guttormsen (Princeton) raged about Tobi Amusan's triple whereabouts failure in an interview recently.
"Those who get suspended for repeated whereabouts failures should be only regarded as dopers, nothing else. There are no excuses. If you get one, you make sure to use that f*cking app (WADA ADAMS app). If you get two, you hire an entire team to update that f*cking app. It's not hard at all, it takes one minute".
Actual doping is gonna elicit a next level response, if he says something at all.

Sondre and his dad have provided very vocal criticisms on twitter about doping/drug testing (especially within NCAA, as they claim very rarely do the top NCAA athletes even get tested).
Right now, Sondre has only retweeted the Citius Mag announcement of Braz' ban. His dad - Atle Guttormsen - retweeted the AIU announcement with a comment of "Just sad" (translated from Norwegian).
