Ryan Crouser & Kristjan both dominate their disciplines. I feel that Crouser is a bit more dominant in the shot than Čeh is in the discus. Čeh currently has the #10 discus throw in history at 71.86 | 235-9. At only 24 years of age, I won't surprised if he challenges the WR of 74.08 | 243-0 set by East Germany's Jürgen Schult in 1988.
Crouser, meanwhile, has 8 of the top 10 puts in the history of the shot. In late May of this year Crouser set the current WR of 23.56 | 77-3¾. The next closest putter to Crouser is Joe Kovacs with a put of 23.23 | 76-2¾ from September of last year.
Crouser and Čeh are both relatively "lean" compared to their fellow competitors and are, for a lack of a better description, physical specimens. Crouser is 6' 8" and 320 pounds. Čeh is 6' 9" tall. I could not find a weight for him but if I had to guess I would say he around the same weight as Crouser.
It would be interesting to see these two compete against each other in multiple track events. I don't believe that either of them would be able to decent sprint times much above 200m. I also don't imagine that either would be able to pole vault. The HJ & LJ would be interesting and I bet that both would be able to jump better than many would think. In each other's disciplines, Crouser has done better. Crouser has a DT of 63.90 | 209-7¾ while Čeh has a put of 16.48 | 54-
¾.
