No… if they have done anything athletic in life absolutely not… there may be some 24 year who for whatever reason never played a sport and just watched tv and was a mathalete in high school and the 14.0 was the literally the first time they ever ran, then maybe with a ton of training. But if their body is even remotely trained I was say no chance…. I think it would be almost no chance from a 12.5 person.
