I'm looking for a running watch that has a recurring alert that vibrates every 30 seconds or 90 seconds, etc. I have a watch that I need to reset after each alert. I want a watch that will continuously give alerts for a given time.

This watch I still believe is best in the business for countdowns.
I’m not sure if it vibrates, but it will beep for 10s unless you click it off.
so you can set it for 30s loops in your case and it will loop forever. It also works it the background so you can use the regular chrono watch at the same time.

The Soleus PR Runner Watch (all of their running watches have the same timer feature) for $35 has 5 interval timers. I just set one timer for 30 seconds and turned vibration on. After 30 seconds the watch beeped and vibrated for 6 seconds or until I pushed a button. It then immediately started counting the next interval. The vibrator/beeping can be turned on or off.

The Amazfit GTR 4 is $199. It has a vibrate alert that you can set from Workouts>Outdoor Running>Settings>Intervals. From there, you can set work and rest intervals. It gives one vibration for about one second. Note: The alert is vibrate only, but it makes a slight buzzing sound while vibrating that you can hear in a quiet room.
It's a good smartwatch, but for $199, you can get better running watches.
