Wrist heart rate monitor:
- Very consistent when at rest. 50-60 BPM.
- Very consistent when on easy runs 110-120 BPM.
- Very consistent on threshold runs 155-165 BPM.
But when I go to wash dishes or do other easy chores around the heart, my heart rate goes psychotic. Like, 62....146.....77.....141.....80.....60.....155......65. All within a few minutes.
Do wrist heart rate monitors malfunction when you do chores? Or do I have some kind of "body positional" afib (if there is such a thing).
It's scary to see my heart rate jump from 55 to 155 to 67 to 136 all within the space of 40 seconds.
