Anyone know where I can buy some of Lydiard's earlier books. I have "running to the top" and "running with lydiard" but I'm searching for his 1962 book "run to the top" and his 1978 book "the lydiard way". I searched all around and can not find them.

I found running the lydiard way on amazon buying it used. I am pretty sure that it is out of print so you would have to purchase a used copy.
"Running With Lydiard" and "Run the Lydiard Way" are largely the same text.
Thanks Nut Bars. I ordered the lydiard way. I think I'll hold off on run to the top. Kinda expensive.
