Rojo/Wejo could we get an explanation as to the proliferation of deleted posts?

astro and other clowns are trying to ruin a 19 year old girls life. all of their posts should be deleted and they should all be permanently banned.

There is no logical explanation. It is as if a couple of moody teenagers are deleting whenever the spirit moves them. They don’t like doping talk on the day of the conditions though.

If a post is reported, 9 times out of 10 it is indiscriminately deleted.

The other issue is they are ass kissers so if they want some access to winners they will not permit too much of it.

Sometimes I report my own posts and they get deleted.

Until relatively recently there was no “this post has been removed” memo so you wouldn’t have been aware of all the deleted posts, so that’s part of it. Much of it has to do with the epic hike in reported posts. Like someone else surmised, I think a lot of reported posts are deleted without much thought even though they don’t really violate LetsRun guidelines. That also partially explains the apparent randomness and inconsistency: it’s not “random,” one post was reported while another was not. There are some people who definitely go report-happy and will go through a thread and report two dozen posts they disagree with as “personal attacks of another person or forum poster,” which is so annoying. Most of the time when I see like “49 reported posts require review” I ignore it because it sounds like a pain in the ass.

I reported that post about sage canaday winning utmb in course record time for being factually incorrect and it may still be up. So many people believed it too.

I don’t think calling a spade a spade, or an EPO doper an EPO doper should be censored.

It should if you have no actual evidence for it. (Your not liking that someone runs fast...doesn't count as evidence.)

The mods took over letsrun and the Brojos have no control over them.

Who is constantly reporting posts? That would be interesting to know. Are they random accounts? Registered accounts? It is virtually certain that a small number of users are doing nearly all the reporting, meaning they are not representative of the broader community. Sure, delete posts with vulgar profanity or personal attacks that are beyond the pale and/or completely lacking in evidence. But a large number of posts get reported and deleted simply because they include facts that hurt the feelings of liberals. Also, you'd think Pf I zer is a sponsor here given how many posts get deleted that raise perfectly reasonably questions and objections about the vax and lockdowns.

Some posts of mine were removed for being “discriminatory or bigoted”.

All I did was state that Athing Mu was the first woman in the 1500. The mods aren’t respecting Hiltz’s identity.
