Wasted too much time in the 100m when it was clear he is not a 100m runner. Will never make a team in the 100/200, so should stick to the 400 considering the competition is much weaker.

Never is a long time and the 200m historically is a weak event but I agree with the 100m he doesn't have the start for it.
Boling runs 45.1 and gets 6th in a weak field and he’s suppose to be someone who’s a matter of discussion. Let it go guys , he’s not the messiah you made him out to be in the past. His 100 and 200 pB are better than his 400 pB
Considering he got injured late in his college season and had a long season, a PB of 45.17 is a great way to end a difficult season. How are you doing, Rocky? What are your PBs?
Funny watching the gang over at Castefootball who finally had a white Amerian sprinter who was going to take over. Now it is one excuse after another as to why their hero is just a relay alternate.
They refuse to accept the fact those with western African roots make better sprinters, yep, a different physique.

9.98 100m pb and 6.56 60m pb. World class (albeit not 1st tier)

Boling needs to slow down at the start. He was the fastest thru 100m (11.0) and over 4 tenths of a second faster than the 3rd and 5th runners. If he runs his first 100 in 11.4 he will surely be under 45 and potentially around 44.5.

In interview after race he said he was still learning how to pace his 400m races, and that he was very confident of getting into 44 range very soon with a bit more specific work.
