Sadly, there's only two races that are interesting: both 800s. If Burgin runs the men's race might be worth watching. The women's race is better with a few women around that 1:58-2:00 range. Even the men's 1500 is less sintering without Kerr and Heyward though I guess it's interesting who finishes 2nd behind Gourley.
The 5000 and steeples are likely to be sub-mediocre unless either Hicks or Cairess try something that they haven't done before.
It's actually quite a depressing British champs for a distance fan.
Also: Kerr should be picked. The selection criteria allows selectors to give priority to medallists from Tokyo and Eugene
