Men's health question - 39 years old and I NEVER get morning wood. Libido down a bit too (have sex 3-4 times a week with the wife though but don't feel like I'm 20 anymore).

Run between 60-80 mpw.
Probably low T, especially if you used to get it regularly before, though some young men with healthy T rarely get it too,
I feel like I'm probably responding to a troll, but if you have no trouble with the 3-4 times a week, then it's not an issue. Also, I think the morning wood has a lot to do with your sleep cycle as well and where you were in the cycle prior to waking up.

I am 1000% not a troll.
Feeling a bit depressed recently too. I'm also training for a marathon in the heat and am just wondering if I'm destroyed my Test or something.

Go get your testosterone levels checked. I'm 62 & I don't get "morning wood" nor have gotten "morning wood" in a very long time. However, my libido is high & I'm actively in the middle-aged dating market (I'm widowed).
My testosterone levels were checked last year - 524 ng/dL - which my doctor said is excellent for my age & more representative of a mid to late-40s man (I've got another test schedule for next month as part as my annual labs).
I work out everyday with a 50/50 split between cardio & weights (I go heavy on the free weights - I was a competitive bodybuilder back in the 80s). I also eat a lot if foods that increase testosterone levels (e.g. whole eggs, almonds, salmon, bananas, etc).
So, get your T levels checked & see where you're at. And 60-80 mpw at your age might be significantly increasing cortisol levels - which in turn lower testosterone levels.
You are just getting old. Morning stiffies are less common as men age. The low-T industry will tell you that you need to spend tens of thousands of dollars on testosterone replacement and HGH treatments. But as long as everything is working in the bedroom when it counts, there is no reason to be concerned.
Kudos on the weekly activity, but you still have trouble with a copular issue. Something has clearly damaged you to the point that you think "between" is used with a hyphen or "to" rather than "and." The path to healthfully erecting a solid understanding of language: It's "from one thing to another" and "between one thing and another."
Don't get me started on flaccid constructions like "could of ran."
You seem worried. If you can perform weekly it's not an issue.
Drink lots of water and you'll get it. You'll be bursting to pee first thing in morning but you'll have your morning wood. Then you'll realise you were worried about something you didn't really need.
I only occasionally get the morning wood, but I noticed it's most common when I'm well rested and not as stressed. Unfortunately, I'm often neither well rested nor unstressed. Probably blindingly obvious, but meant to just say that if you're still doing the work when required, I wouldn't worry about the morning issue so much. Maybe get checked for T and so on, but don't be overly stressed about it because there are lots of potential innocuous causes.

Interesting. Stress level has been through the roof the past year (have a stressful job but it's more family issues).

Run between 60-80 mpw.
If that’s the only problem, just ask your doc for a prescription for morning wood.
