1000 in 3:00, 1 mile in 5:00, 3000 in 10:00, 5000 in 17:30, 10000 in 36, 1:20 half, or 2:50 marathon?
I'm a 1:20:xx and 2:56:xx runner looking for a challenge at 10k and below. I'm nowhere near top shape now, currently rebuilding mileage (50 mpw) after getting COVID, shattered aerobic capacity, gaining weight, and overall sucking at life. Curious how hard would be to hit the 3 min, 5 min and 10 min goals. Sounds a lot harder than the 1:20/2:50 imo
