Cruz Culpepper’s parents were both Olympic distance runners and it doesn’t look like he’ll have the same success.

Not for lack of talent, in Cruz’s case. Ran 4:00.1 indoors in HS and barely ran until junior year. Rocco Culpepper ran 4:16a as a freshman.
