Brandon miller ran 1:51 as a 14 year old summer between 8th and 9th grade. So it should be faster than 1:51.

Yes there may be one or even two runners who have run faster as a middle school athlete but his time is amazing. Why not celebrate the result. It's great.

The “Jakob of the 800m.” What were you smoking? It sure would be cool if he were able to run 1:47 at age 16. But that is asking a lot from a 16 year old.

more like "Usain Bolt of 800" if he keeps improving which is likely as a 16-year-old. I assume with one good TT, he will be in 1:41. We may be witnessing the GOAT in the making. Less than 2 years ago, the 800 was deem stagnated, but now it's just gotten so exciting!
