we can read the title but why do u think that's so?
People are saying that Peacock isn't broadcasting it as it is not a Diamond event (it is outside of the Diamond official events...)
Because the TV window is 3-5pm ET, but the 2 mile is scheduled for 2:42pm ET
If true, it is yet another illustration on why T&F is dead. Can't even be televised correctly. People don't even want to watch a 3.5 minute 1500, let alone 8 minutes!
Because he looked at the schedule?
gonna need a vpn to watch?
Even among T&F viewers, most have no interest in watching a 2 mile race, WR attempt or no.
They want the sprints, some jumps/PV, maybe some hurdles or Ryan Crouser. That’s it.
Me too. I think a lot of people are interested in this within the T and F community.
Would honestly watch the 3200 instead of the 2 mile. Has more relevancy in the USA.
Ryan Crouser? Time to put the kettle on.
....and as far as 2 Mile race being outside TV window, WTF?! Where is Sir Lord King Seb Coe? Playing golf at Mar-a Lago?? We trying to grow this sport or what?
can anyone provide any relevant info like the 2mile race guntime
Yeah, I would try a French or Norwegian station
This seems to indicate the YouTube stream will start at 1 hour before the TV window for the countries where it's available.
Maybe scroll up
According to Tim, they will start the broadcast with a replay.
Yep, and you can watch all DLs (plus World Indoor Tour and Continental Tour Gold level meets) via VPN.
Often via Belgium and nearly always via Ireland and Japan, where WA has no broadcasters. List for Paris DL is: Australia, Bhutan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Myanmar, North Korea, Romania, Sri Lanka, Vietnam
You can also find 100% free, fast VPN proxy with add-ons for Chrome and Firefox (which are aggressively tracking all your activity in the browser instead). I use the latter for socials in containers (because in my default Chrome I'm blocking all the ads and trackers especially from Zuckerberg and Musk and partially from Google) and VPN and just switch this extension on and off entirely in extension manager to avoid tracking.
