I live in NY which is currently suffering from gnarly air quality due to the forest fires in Canada. Air quality is 150 which is apparently on the verge of being dangerous to healthy people. Don’t get me wrong, NY isn’t exactly a redwood forest in terms of clean air, but we are currently ranking among the worst in the world.
would you run? any tips to minimize any risk to my lungs?
usually I’d take a rest day but my weekend run schedule is already a bit farked, so I’d like to keep the miles rolling as long as I’m not going to end up on an iron lung.
