For me it’s usually 2-5 times per night.

Right now, I am happily sleeping through the night. So, zero. I also never get quite enough sleep, so I am pretty tired at night...
However, during the most exhausting, stressful part of 2020-21, I had my first taste of "2am insomnia" where I would wake up full of existential dread and be wide awake for like 40-60 minutes. It was miserable. My job was heavily impacted by the Covid situation.
But if you mean to pee, then I think that is really age-related, right? How old are you? Do you drink a lot in the evening before bed?

Crazily it’s 244am in NZ and I just woke up stressing about work.
Minimum once/night to take a leak. Think that's just a 30-40+ aging thing maybe?
0-2 times to pee.
i'm male & over 40.

2-3 times to pee. Maybe once or twice because of dreams, but not talking about nightmares.
I actually enjoy nightmares upon awakening, but not during them. It's kinda of like going to a horror motion picture show without having to leave your bed.
Anyone have any dreams they'd like to share? I have a whopper I'd like to share but I think I'll give others a chance to post first.
I usually wake up more and don't sleep as well when I increase running intensity or volume. It's an indicator that I'm not recovered. Could that be the case for you?
I've been dealing with waking up to pee 2-3 times a night for a while. I have found that cutting out sugars/carbs and pulling the plug on food and drinks at least 3 hours before bed seems to really help. Agree with this poster that it likely has a lot to do with age.
F65. I'm a light sleeper and wake up easily if my dogs or husband make noise during the night. Otherwise, typically 2-3 times to pee, and get back to sleep pretty quickly.

Zero. Since I started eating higher protein a year or so back, I have an annoying strong urge to pee early morning if I happen to wake in a light sleep phase, but my urge to not want to get up usually wins over the pee, so I drift right back to sleep until it’s time to wake up.

I am like you except I have a wife not a husband. And our black lab doesn't disturb us unless there is a thunderstorm. But ya, 2-3 times a night, and if I'm lucky I can go back to sleep quickly and sometimes I can rejoin my dream.
