Currently a freshman in high school who has run the 1600 twice, 4:26 and 4:32 (tactical race: 71,72,69,59}. Some notable workouts I have done are 3xmile with 3 minutes rest (4:59, 4:49. 4:47), 3 mile tempo (5:21, 5:09, 5:02 - felt smooth}, and 4x(400 300 200) with 1:30 in between reps and 3 minutes between sets. 400s were 61,62,59,58-300s were 43,45.45,47-200s were all around 27-28. Based off of these workouts, what kind of mile shape am I in?
