I'd guess 4:11/4:12, but wouldn't rule out anything between 4:09 and 4:14.

I’ve always found doubling your 800m time is a great prediction for your corresponding 1500m time. Your 1:53 suggests a 3:46 1500m. Add about an extra 18 seconds onto that to convert to a mile. Let’s us know how you get on.
No doubt that happened to you, but you are actually an outlier. The bulk of runners running 8:56 and 1:53 can run 4:08ish.
Yeah, on the other end I just squeaked under 4:07 with 1:56 and 8:59.

Following up here. Looks like mechumsRiver123 ran a 4:21 to win the Virginia Class 3 State Championship 1600. Not as fast as he can go, but he got the win.
