M1500: Jakob v Nuguse v Hoare v Kipsang v Garcia Romo
W800: Moraa v Rogers v Goule v Hurta Klecker v Bisset (disappointed no Keely)
W1500: Tsegay vs both Hailus v Cranny v Linden Hall v McGee v Haylom
MST: El Bakkali v Wale v Kibiwot v Kipruto v Amare v Bor
Nice. Rabat delivering. Women's 1500 is a bit disappointing, basically a walkover victory for Tsegay, but the rest are amazing. Let's see if Jakob can break Nuguse

Lol what? Goose is the one who needs to do the breaking, he's the new kid on the block.

We’ll see how the race plays out. Kipsang and Jakob love leading after the pacer drops. Hoare likes it too, but will probably stalk those two and let them fight over it. Nuguse might be happy to hang back and go past the last 200 as will Garcia Romo. Will Jakob be able to build an insurmountable gap with 150 to go or will Nuguse, Kipsang and Hoare still be in the picture? Last year, Kipsang ran so much, this year much more manageable schedule. Hoare is better and Nuguse has the most explosive finish Jakob will have had to contend with (along with Wightman) since Lewandowski (who gave him issues before he got so good).

I doubt that will happen. Nuguse has far more strength now (3:47/7:28) and kicked a 25.x final 200 on his own to win Wanamaker. I think Jakob will lose
Hoare is hinting that Yared is at another level right now. Jakob can clearly break Olli even in 3:30/3:47 shape as we’ve seen. Different matter to break Nuguse if the hype from the OAC cohort is to be believed. And I wouldn’t count out Kipsang in this one either because tactics are his usual culprit and this one might be straightforward for him if Jakob is stubborn.

If Nuguse tries to break Jakob, he'll lose. Nuguses path to victory is the same as Wightman's, the only question mark is whether he can hang in a sub-3:30 race. 3:47 is a good performance, but it doesn't equate to sub-3:30. Jury is still out on that one
Kinyamal always kicks at 500m which isn't ideal for every type of race. I hope he tries to change it up. I hope Kipsang running in Rabat isn't a a repeat of last season where he showed up for everything. Reynold Cheruiyot showed he still has some work to do on his last 100. Might be a good idea not to front run.

Few positives for Kipsang: no indoor season, no African continental Champs, no Kenyan champs to Q for them. But yeah hopefully he doesn’t do every DL race and picks his spots more this year.
As far as Kinyamal, yeah a little more patience would serve him best.
