My last race I pr’d by 3.5 seconds running a 2:13.55. Trying to prepare for a big race in 10 days and looking to run a 2:09. I went out in 63.5 and came back in 70. I know i need to work on it but I don’t know what exactly to work on wether it’s endurance or just holding the pace I want to run. This season I’ve ran the 1600/800 combo every meet but I don’t know if I’m truly a 1600/800 runner bc I don’t have a 400 time for this szn I would guess around 58)
