today i ran a 4:47 1600 PR (completely solo after lap 1, splits 69:74:72:71)
Doubled back for a big 800 PR, 2:06.1
coming back from being anemic and found my stride again, most recent workouts have been sprinter workouts
for example, 5x200 all around 25, 4-5 mins recovery
over winter i ran 60 mile weeks with a tempo and LR, recently now more towards 45 range, best tempo was 5 miles @6:06 pace
most recent 3200 race was 10:56, which is the race that led to me to get my iron ferritin tested, definitely can go faster lol
400 PR is a 4x400 split of 56 low, but can probably go a second or two faster?
any advice?
