Anyone got any good tips for discrete mobility exercises I can do at my cubicle? My desk is essentially in full view of everyone else in my area of the office, but I'm trying to stay limber despite spending 8 hours a day in this damn chair. If there are sneaky core exercises I can throw in, even better. I'd prefer to stay relatively subtle in my stretching, but my boss is a former D1 10k guy, so I can probably get away with a bit more than most folks haha.
