I started running 2 weeks ago, I run 2 miles minimum everyday for 5-6 days a week, I listen to music while running and it gives me some kind of adrenaline rush at different points, like when the beat drops etc. Is this a bad thing like being dependent on music for running, I haven't tried running without music and I'm not planning on competing but does it have some health risks like overexertion etc?
Also, would love to know your experience with music and running.
