I am a 17 male in high school and my 400 time as of now is 53.81. I would like to go sub 50 by senior year (I am a junior). Is this possible and what can I do to improve my time? Anything from training to plyometrics, drills, weight lifting, etc...?

1. sprint train year round
2. find a lifting program and stick to it
3. do plyos twice a week
