How do you pace the 3200 best? I tried for even splits and Ran a 10:34, and I'm trying to get sub 10. I felt like I had some left in the tank. Next meet I'm going for 10:19 and I know I will be running alone, in pretty decent weather conditions. I though of it mentally as 3 separate 400s for the first 1200, then for laps 4 5 and 6 I broke it up into 200s mentally, and then the last 2 laps I just focused on closing fast. Any advice for pacing?
