In college I ran 100 miles per week and these were my PRS
1500: 3:52
3k: 8:16
5K: 14:17
10K: 30:03
Since college I have only done about 60 miles per week and these are my PRS relevent to the marathon
20k: 1:04:45
Half marathon 1:08:50
Marathon: 2:29:00
50K: 3:04:25
I have decided to go back to the basics and run a ton of miles and try to qualify for the trials. meaning 120 Miles per week or more.
What do you think I can run? Will the increased mileage give me the strength to do it? I think I have the speed I just need the strength and a good weather day.
